Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct short- and long-term planning, management, and execution for events for RAK Brewing Co
  • Develop, plan, and execute engaging experiences that are on-budget to ensure a positive brand experience.
  • Ensure flawless execution of event logistics – pre-planning, onsite event management and post-event activities.
  • Lead on-site event execution with on site management
  • Maintain event calendar.
  • Manages event budget and reports on event ROI.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective clients, providing them with comprehensive information about our venue’s offerings and services
  • Conduct engaging and informative tours for potential clients, showcasing our venue’s unique features and helping them envision their event
  • Prepare detailed event timelines that encompass all crucial aspects, from setup to breakdown, to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Recommend and coordinate with trusted vendors, such as caterers, photographers, and entertainment, to enhance the event experience.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the planning process and addressing any concerns or changes that arise.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by being attentive, proactive, and responsive to client needs throughout the planning journey.
  • Attend daily/weekly/monthly meetings and any other functions required by management.
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to promote events, brand initiatives, and beer releases
  • Manage social media content, email newsletters, and event pages to engage followers and drive attendance – working with Social Media Coordinator
  • Work with the social media coordinator to build a cohesive online presence.
  • Coordinate graphic design needs, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.
  • Serve as an ambassador for RAK Brewing Co. at public events and industry functions.
  • Cultivate relationships with local influencers, community leaders, and patrons.
  • Implement community outreach initiatives, like seasonal drives and charity partnerships.

 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • 3+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, marketing tools, and event management
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Clear concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail to curate unique and visually appealing events.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and the demands of event planning.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications.
  • Enjoy working in dynamic environments and managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts.
  • Demonstrate ability to accurately estimate event costs, track expenses and execute programs within budget.
  • Highly self-motivated to achieve success.
