Brewed to showcase rich malt character with a touch of local sweetness, Taste the Biscuit is a smooth, golden honey lager built on premium ingredients. A base of Pilsner and Biscuit malt from Gambrinus Malting creates a crisp, bready backbone with warm toasted notes that live up to the name. Honey malt from Bear Branch Malt layers in gentle caramelized sweetness and a soft, graham-cracker aroma.

The finishing touch comes from real local wildflower honey sourced from Hays Apiary, lending a delicate floral sweetness that ferments clean while leaving a subtle honey aroma in the finish.

The result is a balanced lager with notes of fresh bread crust, light toast, and a whisper of honey.

At 5.7% ABV, it’s just enough to get you places, but not a ride on a wild horse. This stallion shows up where it’s important, built for an all day ride.

Dublin Drop is born with a Maris Otter stout base, conditioned in Jameson soaked Oak Spirals, with an added touch of Irish Cream. Extremely smooth, a bit silky, and packs a Connor McGregor punch.

It’s that time of year that the “car-bombs” flow, so we figured we’d just drop it in a can for you.

Brewed alongside our friends at Sapwood Cellars, Double Cross is a saturated Double Hazy IPA built around the punchy pairing of Mosaic Cryo and Southern Cross hops.

Mosaic Cryo leads the charge with explosive berry character, while Southern Cross layers in bright tropical notes of passionfruit, pineapple, and a subtle citrus-lime twist. The result is a bold wave of juicy fruit up front, wrapped in a pillowy, hazy body from the use of Riverbend Malt.

As it finishes, a smooth, candied hop character emerges—think tropical fruit gummies with a light resinous snap—balanced by a soft, rounded bitterness that keeps it dangerously drinkable.

On the palate, it strikes perfect harmony — smooth and malt-forward yet remarkably balanced. Soft sweetness up front gives way to gentle noble hop bitterness, keeping the finish clean, crisp, and drinkable. Medium-light in body with a velvety lagered smoothness, it’s dark in color but never heavy.

At 5.5%ABV it’s just enough to shake the cold, but not so much to give you whiplash.

In collaboration with Guilford Hall Brewing, Deadstar showcases a clean, crisp backbone that lets hops take center stage. We dialed up the punch with Mosaic and Nectaron hops — a dynamic duo that delivers vibrant tropical fruit character with layers of juicy nectarine and citrus zest. Aromas of grapefruit and orange peel mingle with subtle resinous pine and floral notes, leading into a firm but balanced bitterness and a dry, refreshing finish.
